Guidelines for submission, registration & proceedings
Dear participants to SCOPE Math,
We welcome all authors and co-authors to contribute to the Conference SCOPE MATH. It is now time for authors and co-authors to prepare their patricipation at the conference.
Information at Glance:
- Submission Deadline: Your your paper or poster must be uploaded to the SCOPE Math ConfTool platform by xx.yy.zzz. Use of the official template is mandatory. To ensure consistency and quality across all submissions, please follow the guidelines outlined in Information for Submission.
- Review and Acceptance: Inclusion in the scientific program and proceedings is not automatic. You will receive feedback on your submission or a decision by xx.yy.zzz.
- Registration Deadline: The registration opens at xx.yy.zzzz and closes at xx.yy.zzzz. Please find further informations at Information for Registration.

Important Dates
- 15.01.2026: Deadline for the submission of proposals
- 20.02.2026: Preliminary decisions on papers and posters sent (Submission of reviews).
- 01.03.2026: Early online registration for the conference opens (early, normal, late)
- 15.03.2026: The authors send a revised version if needed.
- 31.03.2026: Final acceptance decisions sent.
- 15.04.2026: Early online registration for the conference closes.
- 15.06.2026: Normal online registration for the conference closes
- 16.06.2026: Late online registration for the conference opens
- 01.08.2026: Late online registration for the conference closes. Papers available online on the conference submission system (if registered).
