Expenses:
There is no conference fee. In the registration form, you can optionally book a ticket for the university restaurant (Mensa). The ticket is valid on September 22 and 23 for a total cost of 20 € (lunch of main plus side dish and non-alcoholic drink). We will send you a bill with payment instructions. Note that there are few other lunch options on campus. As an alternative to the ticket, the Mensa accepts spontaneous cash payments (no cards) at an extra fee.
Deadlines:
The deadline for registration and submission of contributed talks is June 30, 2026. Please submit contributed talks at the time of registration. The programme committee reserves the right to accept or reject talks even before the deadline.
Travel cost:
For your travel planning, please note that the conference will start / end around lunchtime on Monday / Thursday. The expenses for accomodation and your travel to Würzburg must be covered by yourself. Please use these links if you need further information about travel or accomodation.
