A non-autonomous nonlinear parabolic equation describing the behavior of concentrated suspension flows is considered. We construct an approximating non-autonomous lattice dynamical system for the problem under consideration. We prove the existence of the uniform attractor for the family of semi-processes generated by the solutions of the approximating problem.
