Expenses:
The registration fee of €200 covers admission to the conference, the conference dinner on September 16, 2026, three lunches at the campus mensa, as well as coffee, tea, and light snacks during breaks.
Deadlines:
The deadline for registration and submission of contributed talks is open until July 31, 2026. In order to allow prospective participants to plan their travel early, the programme committee aims to make acceptance decisions for submitted abstracts quickly after submission. This means that if a prospective participant submits their abstract early, they are likely to get an earlier acceptance decision. Part of the slots will be reserved until the deadline of July 31, 2026. If there are still open slots after the deadline, we may accept late submissions until the programme is filled.
Travel cost:
For your travel planning, please note that the conference will start / end around lunchtime on Wednesday / Friday. The expenses for accomodation and your travel to Würzburg must be covered by yourself. Please use these links if you need further information about travel or accomodation.
