Registration

The registration form can be found at the bottom of this website. Please ensure all fields are filled out.

The registration for taking part in the workshop is open.

Attention:

All registrations must be done electronically. Ensure you provide a valid email address and monitor your inbox (including spam folder) frequently. If needed, we can provide an invitation letter for visa purposes.

Expenses:
The conference fee is 200€ and includes the conference dinner on September 16, 2026.

Deadlines:
The deadline for registration and submission of contributed talks is July 24, 2026. In order to allow prospective participants to plan their travel early, the programme committee aims to make acceptance decisions for submitted abstracts quickly after submission. This means that if a prospective participant submits their abstract early, they are likely to get an earlier acceptance decision. Part of the slots will be reserved until the deadline of July 24, 2026. If there are still open slots after the deadline, we may accept late submissions until the programme is filled.

Travel cost:
For your travel planning, please note that the conference will start / end around lunchtime on Wednesday / Friday. The expenses for accomodation and your travel to Würzburg must be covered by yourself. Please use these links if you need further information about travel  or  accomodation.
