Registration & Fees

• The pre-registration fee is 100 Euro. Contributions can be made until 22^nd of February 2026.
• You can pay during the registration in Conftool via ePayMent Bavaria (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Debit).
• Registration via ConfTool is possible until 31^st of August 2026. Payment of the total cost of the conference is due immediately and must be made within seven days of registration.

Note: After the pre-registration (fee 100 Euro) you have to pay as early bird standard in sum 490 Euro (100 Euro pre-registration and 390 Euro at final registration), early career researchers (ECR; currently a student, PhD student or you completed your PhD within the last 2 years)  in sum 290 Euro (100 Euro pre-registration and 190 Euro at final registration).
