Registration & Fees

  • The pre-registration fee is 100 Euro. Contributions can be made until 8th of March 2026 (deadline extended).
  • You can pay during the registration in Conftool via ePayMent Bavaria (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Debit).
  • Registration via ConfTool is possible until 31st of August 2026. Payment of the total cost of the conference is due immediately and must be made within seven days of registration.

 

Note: After the pre-registration (fee 100 Euro) you have to pay as early bird standard in sum 490 Euro (100 Euro pre-registration and 390 Euro at final registration), early career researchers (ECR; currently a student, PhD student or you completed your PhD within the last 2 years)  in sum 290 Euro (100 Euro pre-registration and 190 Euro at final registration).
