Markus Bibinger hat seit diesem Semester den Lehrstuhl für Angewandte Stochastik an der Universität Würzburg inne. In seiner Forschung dreht sich alles um die Gesetze des Zufalls und dazu passende Modelle.

Since October 01, 2020 Markus Bibinger is the new Holder of the Chair "Applied Stochastics" at the Institute of Mathematics. He had been employed in a professor position at the University of Marburg before coming to Würzburg.

Examinations in mathematics should be successful even under the current restrictions. The JMU's safety concept is supplemented for written exams and individual oral examinations in modules for which mathematics is responsible.

For the protection of staff and students, public access to the Institute of Mathematics is restricted.
