For his dissertation "Exact and non-smooth control of quantum spin systems" Dr. Gabriele Ciaramella was awarded the Joint Doctoral Prize of the Lower Franconian Memorial Year Foundation for Science and the University of Würzburg. Prof. Dr. Alfio Borzi was the supervisor of the dissertation.
