Modelling

Modelling, simulation and optimisation with differential models

Modelling, simulation and optimisation are three main interests of our work. These topics are central in applied mathematics and have a multitude of applications ranging from bio-chemistry to medical imaging and social sciences. Among our contributions, we mention the reaction-diffusion modelling and control of wine fermentation, the stochastic modelling and control of antibiotic subtilin production, the modelling and control through leadership of a flocking and opinion formation systems, the analysis of dynamical Nash games, and the formulation and solution of medical imaging modalities like sparse reconstruction of log-conductivity in acousto-electric tomography and real-time magnetic resonance Imaging.
