We propose a particular kinetic model of the quantum Boltzmann equation for gas mixture (a socalled BGK model), and provide a sufficient condition that guarantees the existence of equilibrium coefficients so that our model shares the same conservation laws and H-theorem as the quantum Boltzmann equation.
