BCGU-W Research Retreat
BCGU-W Research Retreat (December 5 – 8, 2025)
Dates: Friday, December 5, 2025 with dinner, through Monday, December 8, 2025 with breakfast.
Location: Kloster Oberzell, in Würzburg.
This retreat brings together the research groups of
- Christian Blohmann (MPIM Bonn),
- Marius Crainic (Utrecht),
- Madeleine Jotz (Würzburg),
- Ioan Mărcuț (Cologne), and
- Chenchang Zhu (Göttingen)
to exchange ideas, collaborate, and provide feedback on ongoing PhD projects in the field of higher structures in differential geometry. The program will include talks by junior researchers, mentoring sessions, and dedicated time for discussing research projects. There will also be opportunities for social activities and a group hike.
